There are even studies that say you will feel relief and less stress if you write everything down because you will be able to get a clear look and start the planning process.

 2. Tips for when you are studying:

Studying differs a bit from chores or physical activities that require your undivided attention. Any mental process demands a serious approach and lots of concentration. One of the best ways to make sure you will learn everything you have to is to make study notes. Those are quite personalized because you write them in order to understand the matter easier. The key is to write down the important stuff, maybe even highlight it with a different color. Then, everything else will be easier if you have the core of the problem in front of you. It is a fact that concentration wears out, and it is nothing you should be worried about. The worst thing you can do in these situations is force yourself to go on. Don’t think that because you are taking a break, you are not smart or capable enough. Breaks are actually an important component of every work activity.

 4. Time of day plays a big role:

People function differently from one another. Some may be at their most productive state in the morning, while some are what you call night owls and most capable during the night. It is worthwhile figuring out what type you are and incorporating that into your work routine. We have to agree that sometimes it is not possible to stay up all night and finish everything you have to do, but your brain functions in a specific way. If you have more energy during the day, then the obvious solution is to try studying in the morning. If, however, you wake up late and need a bit time to get to your operative state, then consider the nighttime schedule.

These are all helpful tips that everybody can use. However, keep in mind that every brain functions differently and it is up to you to figure out what works best for you. Try these simple steps for some time, and you will definitely see positive results. And an important thing to remember: try not to stress, because it will make everything even harder.
